RETURN POLICY:   If the product doesn't meet your needs, please contact us within 30 days.  We will gladly refund the purchase price of the item. (Shipping cannot be refunded.)  Merchandise must be returned in its original condition to receive a refund.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.  Personalized items are not eligible for return unless an error has been made in the personalization.

DAMAGED PIECES:   We carefully package each order we ship to try to insure its safe arrival.  Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged by the carrier.  Damaged shipments must be claimed with the freight carrier.  If cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to notify the carrier immediately.  If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier.  They may want to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim.

We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
